Christmas + New Year's: BOOKED
January 2025: Available, check-in January 4th and check-out January 18th. Inquire about pricing.

Payment
Payments can be made by cheque, cash or e-transfer. We will discuss what works for both of us once we can confirm availability for your dates.
Security Deposit
A $500 US security deposit is required with your reservation. After check-out, and the unit is inspected and cleaned, when we send back your security deposit. The security deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel your reservation.
Reservation Payment Schedule
For reservations with a check-in date more than 30 days in advance, a 35% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The 65% balance payment is due 30 days before the check-in date.
For reservations with a check-in date within 30 days, 100% payment is required to confirm the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation’s total rent is 100% refundable if canceled 30 days or more before your check-in date, 50% refundable if canceled at least 14 days before the check-in date, and 0% refundable if canceled 13 days or fewer before the check-in date.
Things to know...
Even though you are booking personally through the owners, you will still have a property manager on call to resolve any problems that may arise like if you can't get into the safe or the toilet is clogged or the WiFi stops working. You can contact us or review the Guestbook for our property manager contact details.
Our Property Manager is there to help you with:
- Concierge services: airport pick-up/drop-off, grocery shopping, massage services, private chef, tour/activity recommendations and reservations (fees apply).
- Cleanings for stays longer than one week. We will ask you which day works best for your schedule.
- Maintenance services if something is broken or not working as expected.
When Things Happen Unexpectedly
Being Canadian, we are reasonable people, and we’ll always try to work out any situation that might arise. If there's a power outage or you're without water for 8+ hours, we will discount 50% of the prorated daily rate paid for the unit.
