After you have secured your booking, you will need to complete the condo buildings registration form. This will be for our building security so that they can check you into the building.

Booked Through Airbnb, VRBO or Another Platform?
If you booked your stay through a booking platform, please upload your completed forms and identification through the secure messaging system on that platform.
For direct bookings made through 507 SailView, you may upload your forms and identification here.

We take protecting your personal information very seriously. We both work in tech, so we may have gone a little overboard with security features!
Your submission is stored in a secure, hidden online location with multiple layers of access protection. I then securely transmit your information to the building Administration and remove the digital copy so your ID is not retained in online folders or backups.
Required paperwork is printed and kept in a 2-key, locked safe inside a secured room until it is no longer needed. Once your booking is complete and the documents can be destroyed, they go through a commercial-grade diamond cut shredder.
